To The Top With Laptops is a New York not-for-profit corporation committed to rewarding college-bound high school seniors in Westchester County who demonstrate high levels of academic performance and service to their school and community, in spite of financial and other personal obstacles, with new, state-of-the-art laptop computers and color printers.
